We charge by flat rate, that is by the amount of  hours that has been determined is required to is complete the job at hand.  For troiuble shooting we have another rate, that is determined by what the problem is and vehicle 

Our warranty covers labor and new parts purchased by me, i can't and won't cover junk yard parts, parts from some online dealers. If you order the parts and they are wrong causing a delay i have to charge for the time i'm on the job

I charge for all work done, I also will let you know if you have to complete another job to complete the job i'm on.
